If I’m able to complete your order, you will be provided an estimate based on the details you provided.

Please order as soon as you know you have an event that you would like Styled Cookies to be a part of! My cookie calendar often fills up 3-5 weeks in advance during non-holiday weeks.

The minimum order size is 2 dozen. Quantities upward of 2 dozen can be placed in half dozen increments.  I will need to have an approximate number at the time of booking and the exact order size can be provided 10 days in advance of your pick-up. 

Your satisfaction is important to me. I will do my best to incorporate your vision and inspiration to guide my design of your cookies. Please keep in mind that your cookies may not be exact replicas of images shared. Colors, lighting, and textures may be slightly different in photographs than they appear on your cookies.

If you opt to move forward with your order, a deposit of 50% of your cookie order estimate will secure your date on my cookie calendar! The remainder of payment is required at the time of pick-up.

Payment can be made online using a credit card (link provided in invoice) or paid in cash. I do not accept accept Venmo or Zelle.

Cookies are available for pick-up at my home in Northbrook, Illinois. Because cookies can be sensitive to weather conditions, it is my preference to personally hand them to you. A mutually convenient pick-up time will be coordinated leading into your pick-up date.

I kindly ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of our agreed upon time. If you need to reschedule, please reach out 12 hours in advance of our initially scheduled time.

I do not offer shipping at this time.

Design changes to your order can be made up to one week before the pick up date for quantities below 5 dozen and two weeks for quantities of 5 dozen or more. Please note that changes to cookie shape, cookie size, or design complexity may impact previously shared pricing.

The quantity identified at the time of ordering will be required as your minimum order size, unless previous arrangements are made. I am unable to guarantee upward changes in quantity, but will do my best to accommodate when possible.

Styled Cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by regulatory agencies.

My kitchen is NOT nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. We hold NO responsibility for any allergic reactions that might occur due to consumption of Styled Cookies.

I will always do my best to fulfill an order if my schedule allows for it. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days may be subject to a rush fee.
